I've been to this location tons of times and I don't know what people in the other reviews are honestly complaining about. Anyone that has a problem, go use the UPS in Kennesaw Old 41 location and you'll appreciate how friendly, efficient, quick and professional this location is - especially in a time now where decent service just sucks everywhere. I think it's family run. There's rarely a wait even with a lot of customers in there, they get the job done and are really nice.
