    Their website says they’ll box and ship anything. Well they don’t. “We don’t have a box big enough for that.” (Guitar in a case) 1/10 won’t be back

    I arrived at the store today and the employee was simply drugged. I always have the habit of going to this store to print things. And today around 02 pm I went with my 11-month-old baby and I’m pregnant to print some things for a passport appointment tomorrow. When I entered the store I said “Hi” to the boy and he couldn’t stand up, I’ve seen him in the store other times, but he was fine. This time he had his eye closed and couldn’t stand up and didn’t answer me. There was no one else in the store, I just left with fear and had to go to another store. This experience was horrible for me. I hope you take some action on this.

    This ups store is my favorite I have been with them for a long time. They are very helpful with all of your needs. IRA was also very helpful.

    My personal experience with this place is that some of the workers such as Dee, Ira and the other lady was great and they’re good and respectful people to work with. Since I receive more packages every other week, I try my best to ensure I pick them up everyday in order to avoid congestion in their spot. However, the owner and one of his employee’s approach wasn’t respectful or amicable at all. So if are someone who frequently gets more packages, I’ll say this is not the place for you.
