  I’ve always had a good experience at this UPS Store. The staff are really helpful and patient, especially with Amazon returns I never quite know how to process them, and they always take time to help me out. They’re polite, quiet and make the whole process easy every time I go there.

  I returned two rugs at this UPS Store. One rug had the original box. For the second rug, I paid $11 for a box. The staff first packed the rug in a box that was too small. I told them the rug needed a larger box to avoid damage, and they said they would change it — but they never did. Because the rug was shipped in the wrong-sized box, it arrived damaged, and Amazon charged me for the damaged return. This was extremely frustrating since I paid extra and clearly warned them about the issue. On top of that, they also charged $1 just to print the return label. Overall, poor service and lack of care. I would not recommend this location if you need items packed properly or handled responsibly.

  I have visited this UPS location multiple times and have consistently experienced poor customer service. On several occasions, customers (including myself) were not acknowledged upon entering and were left waiting to be assisted. One employee, an older White woman with blonde hair, is often dismissive and comes across as rude. She has made unnecessary and inappropriate remarks about the types of returns customers are making and the number of items being returned, which is unprofessional. The other employee, a younger Indian woman, frequently appears distracted and is often on her personal phone instead of assisting customers or acknowledging those waiting. Being ignored and spoken to in this manner is extremely frustrating. Basic courtesy and professionalism are expected at a UPS store, and this location repeatedly fails to meet that standard. I hope management addresses these ongoing issues.

  Kindest and most efficient staff at any UPS store. Hamil went above and beyond helping me complete an online application process that required files, etc. I am beyond grateful!
