They charge almost TWICE as much as the UPS store just down the road for B&W copies. They did offer a small discount to make up for the price difference when I complained, but just be aware not all UPS stores are priced the same! The owner sets the price.

They are really fragile so I cover our packages in very bright fragile/handle with care stickers . Recently I dropped off a package just to watch them carry it to the back and DROP IT from about 3 feet in the air to the ground….. I’ve done everything I can to be sure the packages are well protected, but it really rubbed me the wrong way when there are 7+ bright orange fragile stickers all over the box. Needless to say, I’ll be switching to a different location.
