When I entered the store, they were not just sitting around on their phones, they were organizing the store, and greeted me and helped me soon as I entered. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. There was no line when I arrived but I have been to this location many times before with 3-4 people in line and have still noticed they are just as efficient during the peak busy times when it really matters. This is definitely my go to UPS store and love that it’s less than a mile from my house.

Twice I had to mail some time sensitive stuff and I went by what they recommended. Twice I was deceived!!! I used what they told me, - priority mail - "2 days guaranteed" (their words!!!), at extra cost, left on Monday to get at destination on Wednesday.. it shows now on tracking: "estimated delivery on Saturday" Ridiculous!

- PJPamela JulesDec 9, 20251.0Only use if you drop off completed packages. They charge for "everything including the tape of the label is not already taped to the package," according to Adriana. She assumed I knew the policy and told me after she printed the label I had already previously paid for through the returning company. This is the first time this has happened and this is the only UPS store that has done this. It may be a new practice but I would try a different UPS store for returns. Whole Food and other places do not charge for returns.
