Twice I had to mail some time sensitive stuff and I went by what they recommended. Twice I was deceived!!! I used what they told me, - priority mail - "2 days guaranteed" (their words!!!), at extra cost, left on Monday to get at destination on Wednesday.. it shows now on tracking: "estimated delivery on Saturday" Ridiculous!

She assumed I knew the policy and told me after she printed the label I had already previously paid for through the returning company. This is the first time this has happened and this is the only UPS store that has done this. It may be a new practice but I would try a different UPS store for returns. Whole Food and other places do not charge for returns.

Don't even think about arriving for ANY service within the last 30 minutes before close without his impatient aggravated looks. He has a "whole closing process" and expects to be on the outside of the door at 6:59 and 59 seconds.

It was $92.70 and when I got home, I noticed on my receipt that the expected delivery was not until Tuesday 11/4/25 at noon. Not exactly next day air is it??? It wasn’t even a package it was only an envelope. When my daughter received the envelope, it was left on her door step and it was pouring. The entire letter was ruined and illegible due to being so wet. Not exactly great service to leave something on the door step when it was pouring. I will not be going to this UPS again. I will stick with USPS from now on. Highly dissatisfied with this encounter.
