  I want to give a shout out and credit to my friend Austin in the printing department. He helped me out in a pinch, helped me through the technology and was had a great customer service rapport. I appreciate his help and would definitely come back again.

  I love being able to print posters for my store here. The quality is always right on and the experience is great from the online creation to picking up my purchase.

  I ordered color copies that I was told would not be ready until 8pm the following day. Instead, my order was ready the next morning! The price was reasonable and the finished product excellent.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Staples location. This was my first time here and it will definitely be my last. I was directed to the Amazon returns counter by an associate (who was just standing behind the counter not assisting any customers), but when I got there, no one was at the counter he sent me to. Keep in mind he had no customers. I stood waiting for about five minutes while employees walked past me and began helping other customers that had just came in the store and was all at the online pickup counter. One of the associates that walked past me told me, “I’ll be with you when I can,” then proceeded to help customers who came in after me at the online pickup counter. The line continued to grow while I was completely ignored. When I finally spoke up, I was told by the gentleman that directed me to the Amazon counter when I walked in that they had to help “Staples customers” and that I was an “Amazon customer and not theirs). Then he came over to help me and stated that Amazon doesn’t pay them to assist me and that they are doing away with Amazon returns altogether for that reason. Regardless of any business arrangement, that should never result in a customer being treated as less important. He didn’t have a name tag on but my paper he printed that had my returns on it says processed by AMD/MOD. I normally go to the UPS Store for Amazon returns and have never been told that they need to assist the UPS customers first. I waited about 15 minutes, and if he could assist me anyway..why did he let me stand there in line (seeing I wasn’t being helped) and only came over when the customers started coming in for online pickups. This experience alone guarantees I won’t be returning to this location.
