The will start working on something else just to avoid eye contact or helping you. No Hello, how can I help, nothing. An associate will see you need help, look at you and keep walking. You guys need to take training classes from Publix on customer service!

- TQTai QualityDec 13, 20252.0It has been quite some time since I have experienced customer service this poor. I came in to pick up a simple order and stood at the counter while on the phone. Both gentlemen and the lady acknowledged my presence by looking at me, so it was clear I had been seen and heard. Although I was the only customer physically standing at the counter, the phone rang and one of the employees chose to assist the caller instead of the customer in front of him. After waiting several minutes without any acknowledgment, I finally had to ask if anyone was going to help me. When the lady eventually approached, her demeanor suggested that assisting me was an inconvenience, despite the fact that she was working on an order for a customer who was not present. At that moment, I was the only customer waiting in the store. This level of service was unacceptable and easily the worst customer service experience I have had in years. The situation was handled poorly and should not be repeated.

She has great customer service, very knowledgeable of the products & professional! This location by far is the best location in my opinion anyway. The whole staff is great but wanted to give Camrynn her crown!
