RXO ignored follow-ups for over two months, despite being CC’d on emails. Unprofessional service, dishonest communication, and a clear pattern of similar complaints online. Avoid Lowe’s or any retailer using RXO for deliveries.

Felipe Abdon emails me at 6:39pm stating that they will be there at 10:14pm, so I stay up and ruin my Friday night, 0 communication after 6:39pm and they didn't deliver the washer. Thanks for poor communication, lying to me about the deliver date and no response from Felipe after 3 3 emails. Disappointed, the worst, poor communication, no response, no accountability and no compensation for my lost time. Horrible.
