  RXO delivered a bunch of outdoor furniture from DWR today. Marlon, the lead for the white glove delivery, was fantastic and went above and beyond any other white glove delivery I've ever experienced. He and his team were careful with the product, took it down a steep hillside, unboxed it, assembled(!) it, and took the packaging with them. All in 40 minutes. Beyond impressed and grateful. Thanks, Marlon!

  My experience was beyond words, but I’ll try. Today, I contacted Lowe’s to follow up about a missing delivery for which an RXO driver, Daniel, had forged my “signature” (see photo) and provided a “delivery photo” of the appliance in a warehouse somewhere. Lowe’s ensured me that they’d confirmed the appliance was not delivered to me, and that my refund was on the way. They indicated they had already sent a refund request to RXO, but I soon received another call from RXO to harass me about the delivery location. I have no idea what warehouse is pictured in the delivery photo, so I told the rep that I had no other information about the missing delivery or pictured location and inquired about my refund. The RXO rep said she’d continue the investigation by talking to their team. About 25 minutes later, a delivery driver in an unmarked van drove onto my private road, through a locked gate that requires permission to enter, parked behind my car, stormed across my front yard while recording my home, and OPENED MY FRONT DOOR with a camera pointed at my face. Only after he was in my home, on my personal property, did he exclaim he was “with Lowe’s.” I yelled at him to leave about fifteen times, told him he did not have permission to be here, that it was a private road, and that I had no prior notice of his visit. He continued to photograph/record me and my home and refused to leave the property until I told him I was calling the police. The police arrived after he’d left the neighborhood, and were thus unable to identify or apprehend him. I filed a police report and am obtaining security camera footage in order to positively identify the driver, whom I suspect to be Daniel, the driver responsible for the original missing shipment and forged signature. Trespassing, recording me on my own property without permission, and refusing to leave when instructed are beyond bad service, they’re obviously illegal. Whether this driver was told to come to my property by RXO or whether he did so on his own accord using RXO customer information, is equally disturbing and I am frankly left in shock and fear of further trespass. Lowe’s is saying RXO has to refund me, but I’m honestly scared to contact them considering their mob-like “investigation” tactics.

  The guys who delivered my new washer arrived early, did a great job, hooked up the new washer and took away the old one, and were as nice as can be. I was really impressed

  The person who delivered and installed our microwave did a great job. He was very personable and efficient. Also, he hauled away our old microwave.

  Ordered an LG Washtower directly through LG which included delivery and installation. The men who delivered it were surprised that it was supposed to be installed. They had no tools or parts to install it. Called RXO before they left, and we were assured that someone would be out the next day to install. Just received a text that the appointment has been canceled, with no reschedule date. Terrible service.
