- MMMalvis Robaina MesaOct 15, 20251.0I dont know why they take over all water delivery services. They need to put their stuff together. Worst service ever. Customer service not willingtohelp,no acknowledging their awfuljob as a business,delivery drivers leaving our paid items everywhere but our houses,an app that is never updated and after you request your delivery,one thing you order and a different one is delivered. They never inform about items out of stock until you dont get them on your delivery day. Fees for everything and service to the rental equipment is the worst. Mine had the maintenance service with an extra cost and a week later my equipment was broken and again I had to buy the damage piece with an extra cost. This company should not exist period I miss Ready Refresh
