She is so smart, quick, knowledgeable, and reassuring she deserves a promotion AND a raise. She has helped me send delicate items to Miami and The Netherlands where I have relatives. A box that was a perfect fit was found for each shipment and there was no damage. A wonderful experience. Unlike UPS!! They wanted $1600 to send a box of ceramic and crockery and glass kitchenware to the Netherlands. The DHL price was around $330. And it got there in less than a week. Forget anyone other than DHL.
