- PLPeggy LouiseAug 9, 20251.0The prices posted on mailing materials is wrong, and after you put your items in it, you have to pay for it. They will not adjust it. In addition, earlier when I came to this post office to mail a package 5 minutes before closing, they refused to serve me. I was at the window ready to go.

When challenged regarding rental history she was extremely defensive and definant in discussing the matter and moving forward. The air of entitlement in this operation is very prevalent and clearly an example of the failed postal service we all have become to familiar with.

I was told docs may be at the bank in Illinois on 10/2. Terrible customer service. Will use FedX or UPS going forward.
