- ACAustin ClarkOct 9, 20251.0Love government facilities that have the upper hand with poor customer service because, what can you do about it. Really hard to swallow. Supervisor refused to hand me packages that were on site, being held there due to our NEW construction business not having a mailbox setup yet. Returned my packages to sender. Delaying the completion date for my customer and costing the business money. Mailboxes for the site were in progress just not established yet. Protected employees are the worst.
