  I know the holidays are stressful, so I’m just going to assume that’s why one of the employees acted as if I was disturbing her, or that she was doing me a favor when I dared to ask a simple question. Luckily, all the other employees were very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady who helped me with a copy job.

  My package has been on the fedx truck for three days the people they hire are a laugh getting paid to ride around and do nothing and can never get to a live person to talk to yall suck and if we as consumers would start using someone else fedx might do something about it but they won’t

  Just want to say thank you to the FedEx team at the Macon location on Tom Hills. The team that works their are truly a group of professionals who go out of their way to help the customers. Visited the store twice while in town visiting family and they packed up the shipments for me and sent them on their way.

  This store specifically, not FedEx, has absurd regulations on the types of packaging which is accepted at their counter. I assume this is in an effort to drive sales of their shipping supplies. They refused to accept my drop off package. Because it was wrapped in brown paper. I drove down the street to the post office which accepts FedEx packages (since when?) and they accepted it without any issues. At the end of this, I have learned that I will not be giving any business to this FedEx store location.
