I received a package that I knew was already coming today however, they have been giving me the run around for the last 5 days, and I'm tired. Nobody wants to look for a package that i've been missing, i've been told that my package has been delivered to me, but every time i show them proof, they swear up and down that somebody has looked for the packed, absolutely NOT! I have proof that my package that I have been looking for has been scanned at this location and has been placed in a parcel locker that I do not own. I will provide the information below. Now i've been back and forth trying to locate this package and still NO LUCK! I've talked to several supervisors that tried to sweet talk me instead of helping me find my package. I've have also been told that my package was out for delivery when it was not, I've been told that I need to have a key to access the parcel lockers at the post office when I clearly stated to them that in my mailbox at my residence I have not received any key or any note telling me which parcel locker I need to go to. I've never had an issue like this happen to me with none of my packages. I will like to get the package I'm still on a hunt for, because this has some important items that I need for vacation. I have also been told that the package will take 5-7 business to get to me, which I don't have time for. So instead of looking for the package that I'm currently looking for, they decide to give me the run around to different post offices. I would hate for someone else going through this to get treated like this by them. this is ridiculous, and uncalled for, in the screenshot you clearly see where it says "Macon, Ga 31206 Parcel lockers" and 31206 is NOT MY ZIPCODE!!! and they don't seem to understand that, and how frustrated I am. This establishment needs to get better employees and better customer service!!!
