  We've had our box for at least a year now. We got a lot of packages and they stack up while we're on the road. Staff here is always friendly even if they have to make several trips to the back to collect everything. We've been very satisfied using this store as our "mailing address."

  Their prices are about the same as Seattle's. Inflation much. The box I pay for in Iowa is even way cheaper than here. However, the staff was polite and the place was clean. PS. Lift the handle up to open the door

  This store really needs to fire Erica! She clearly does not like her job. She has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered at any store. Erica does not to be on the front line at any retailer. She is definitely a poor representation of this UPS brand. This is my 3rd time having to deal with this horrible human being & her horrible attitude. It’s sad that I have to travel extra miles to Staples just to avoid being serviced by this woman. According to the reviews, I know I’m not the only person who has dealt with her nasty attitude. If Erica doesn’t like her job she need to quit or you guys need to fire her “like yesterday.” Erica should not be working in customer service at all and management really need to get her under control or she’s going to run all of your customers away. No one should have to deal with a person like Erica. She clearly hates her job and she takes her hatred out on the customers. I hope you guys do something about Erica!
