What’s worse, the flimsy packs they sell are of low quality and at least half the thickness of a bona fide, ups next day pack. Now I don’t trust my documents will arrived unscathed, even as I was forced to pay a packaging tax for an already very expensive UPS next day shipment (up to $100 each!). The lady at the counter was nice, but I can’t add thousands of dollars of packaging costs to my business each year. I’ll just have to avoid this one UPS (in name only) Store.

There was already a lady there returning her items as well and she had quite a few items. It was me and two other people waiting in line to return our Amazon orders when the guy behind the counter had nothing else to do but stand there and watch us as the line just got longer and longer. Absolutely ridiculous! We are literally doing your job scanning, bagging and putting the label on the package for you to just stand there.
