- HAHolly Alsept4 days ago1.0They lost my package before it left the store. We were in there last Saturday morning to ship something, we were told it would reach it's destination by Thursday. I checked tracking Tuesday night and it said, "label created". So, I went in the next day and asked if they had any information. The young lady told me it had been picked up Tuesday morning. I asked if there's any way she knows for sure that it was picked up, since my tracking said it had not. She told me it had definitely been picked up, and gave me the ups customer service number to call so they could tell me what she told me. I called, and ups confirmed that it had NOT been picked up, they had no record of it at all besides the label being created. Very disappointed with this store.
