I hadn’t been to Staples in several years and stopped in today because my printer stopped working and I needed assistance. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was very frustrating. There were approximately seven employees working at the time, yet I had a very difficult time getting help. I waited nearly 10 minutes at the front desk while two associates were present and assisting only one customer. During that time, no one acknowledged me or offered help. I eventually had to ask for assistance myself, and even then, I still did not receive the help I needed. Due to the lack of customer service, I ultimately decided to leave the store. It was disappointing enough that I would rather purchase a new printer elsewhere than return and deal with associates who seemed uninterested in helping customers. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as customer service plays a big role in whether customers choose to return. I hope this feedback can be used to improve future experiences.
