I'm very dissatisfied with the FedEx Customer Service personnel that works here at this location. I will not have any packages held for pickup at 1035 Frank Amerson Parkway, Macon, GA 21216 anymore! I don't recommend anyone to request a package pickup from this location.

At 9:46 AM, they updated the status to say that I was unavailable, however, FedEx never made any attempt to deliver the package. I reviewed multiple cameras outside my house and FedEx never stopped at my house. Now, they are returning a package back to the shipper without any explanation. This is absolutely unsatisfactory and FedEx customer service is a nightmare to work with.
- AKAlicia KelleyNov 4, 20251.0Second time in just a few months a driver wedged a 71 pound box on my front porch today. I can barely open my door. This box is wedged tight. This is the second time the driver has trapped me inside my own home. I now have to wait for a few hours until my son gets home in order to move it. There’s likely damage to the porch and the corner of my door. And if there is damage, FedEx will pay just like I made them pay for damaging my driveway. FedEx is destructive, disrespectful, and absolutely deserving of the hideous reputation they’ve earned. Someone at the Macon, GA terminal better do something quickly.
