  I came in to drop off a couple of Amazon returns, and the service was honestly disappointing. The associate at the counter never greeted me, never made eye contact, and barely acknowledged me the entire time. At one point she said I could place my items on the counter, but she wasn’t even looking in my direction, so it wasn’t clear she was speaking to me. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive from start to finish. I had two separate returns, but after processing the first one, she immediately tried to end the interaction without even noticing I still had another item in my hand. It felt like there was zero attention to detail or awareness. Even when I said thank you on my way out, the response was just a half-hearted “mmhmm.” No basic courtesy, no professionalism. The job got done, but customer service matters. A simple “hello,” “thank you,” and “have a good day” goes a long way. Unfortunately, none of that was there.

  It seems that all UPS Stores decline my debit card that works at every other business and I haven't figured out why. I mentioned that there might be an issue with their system and the lady was very adamant about it being my problem, not theirs, which is the issue, not necessarily about being declined. She even said my card "locked up her computer", which sounds like evidence of a terminal issue. I called my bank today to inquire as to why it would be declined and they said my account was "in good standing", that I definitely had enough to cover the charge and it was the UPS Store's issue, as I suspected. I wouldn't have an issue if they were more open to the possibility that there may be a failure point in their system instead of being so defensive and sure that the customer is at fault. If this review is addressed, I will gladly update it accordingly.

  Worst customer service of any UPS Store. Couldn't complete transaction due to rep Sharon telling me everything they can't do. Just had one piece to ship basic mail. Left without sending it.
