There were two people working, one lady in passports (lighter skin with tattoos) and one gentleman at the main desk (taller with dreads), both were very nice and got us in and out. We went in as a "walk-in" for passports and there were multiple signs posted everywhere regarding the specific days and times they accept walk-ins. If you are outside of the walk-in hours, you must have an appointment. There's also a list online of every document you need, including the application. While we were waiting, the gentleman kindly made sure that we had all of our documents. He also addressed other customers and seemed very friendly. The lady handing the passports was quick and efficient. She went through all of our documents, made corrections where needed, figured out which expedited option we needed and answered any questions we had. We were in and out in less than 15 min. Very pleased.
