Very creepy customer service. This older man kept calling every woman there “babygirl” no matter how old they were. Very condescending and unsettling experience.

The light skinned lady with tatts on her forearms (Clerk 34). was ULTRA rude and when I called her out about it she acted like she wanted to square up and asked me did I want to leave and get my passports somewhere else but I had an appointment and took the day off for this so I told her no I want my passports she asked when I wanted them I said as soon as possible but no rush meaning I want them asap but don’t need an Expedite but she took it upon herself and charged me for an expedite $70.00! I still have an open case for the complaint. We argued back and forth and I felt like she saw us as a nuisance sales person who came to her personal home and interrupted her meal. I said to her u don’t know me like what’s your problem and she replied “you don’t know me either! She shouldn’t be in a customer facing position with any company. Based on other reviews it seems my experience isn’t an exception. Why is USPS allowing this type of aggressive, unprofessional behavior to their customers? Please invest in training for your employees. There’s no way they don’t know this is happening zero stars

Can you please train your post office men/women to stop being so emotional? It's like anytime there's any type of inconvenience they get upset and decide they don't have to do their job.
