While I was there, I witnessed some top tier customer service. Because this location has p.o. boxes, I was able to observe the interactions with quite a few regulars. It was so refreshing to hear "how are the kids", "how's the wife," etc from the staff. I grew up in a small town, and that level of energy definitely made me feel at home. I would definitely recommend doing business with this UPS Store location, and I'll certainly be back. Thanks Ms. Payge and team for the wonderful experience!
