  Do yourself a favor and do not go to this UPS store. They grossly overcharge you! To print 1 page it will cost you $3.50 the one down the street is under $1 and the customer service is way more welcoming. I’d only use this place to drop off Amazon packages. Basically anything there isn’t a charge for.

  This customer service at the UPS Store on Mableton pkwy is lacking. There are customers in line and the worker began placing a service call on the copier AFTER seeing customers in line. She won't even look up to acknowledge the in-person customers. The other employee was legit helping a customer with copies so I had to wait until she finished...instead of the other employee helping the in-person customers.

  Awesome customer service, Faith was extremely helpful and gave me some great knowledge on how to look at zones for mailers. Thanks so much. I will definitely return to this location.

  I always have a great experience at this UPS Store. The customer service is consistently excellent! The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They make the shipping and printing process quick and stress-free, and I really appreciate how patient and knowledgeable they are when answering questions. It’s clear they care about their customers. I definitely recommend this location if you want reliable and efficient service.
