I usually ship internationally, and I had difficulties before in other locations. Although this is a small facility, all employees are well-trained. I never encounter any trouble with my overseas shippings. They also have a lovely community "mini-library" inside the mailboxes hall, to motivate community readings, and a community board. The employees know the community members. They care to serve, and it shows on how they operate. Packages are held there, when necessary, upon request. I had several vynil records being held so they would be protected from damage, especially when I received a box when I was out of town. They are so nice and dedicated that if you call, they will actually answer the phone. Isn't it awesome? 🌝
