He was extremely professional, patient, and went out of his way to make sure everything was handled correctly. It’s not often you come across someone who truly cares about customer service, but he definitely showed that level of dedication. He made what could have been a stressful visit quick and easy. Loganville is lucky to have someone like him representing the post office. Highly recommend!

I am sick and tired of receiving other people’s mail and my mail not being received even though it shows up on “informed delivery” photos. Car tags, packages and this week a missing birthday card from our daughter to my husband. I have had to deliver my neighbors’ mail to them countless times and had neighbors deliver mine that they received in error. I have had to make two trips to the car tag office and now no birthday card for my husband, who knows where that went? The Loganville location deserves zero stars and we taxpayers deserve some better employees. Now the “Find lost mail” page on their USPS site won’t even load so I can make a report. Absolutely abysmal. If the Postmaster in Loganville is not capable of doing the job then maybe it’s time for a new one.

The mailman was there and got a nasty attitude with me. Asking what I wanted and I said I was there to check my mailbox. He says well I'll be done in 30 mins or so. He said it in a nasty tone. I guess its for the safety of ppl not trying to steal others ppl mail,as he had several mailboxes open to put mail in, which I understand. But he could have said it without an attitude. Like I said Im used to having my mailbox in my yard where I can go to it at anytime. I definitely will not be moving to a neighborhood where all the mailboxes are in one location again. It is such as hassle. And its not even that close to my house,its in the second part of the neighborhood which is literally down the road from the first part,which I have to drive to.
