    Make sure you insure your package. Especially if this office has anything to do with transporting it. My package got scanned into this hub and was out for delivery and the driver "lost" it. Hope you enjoy my family's Christmas gifts..

    Our business is less than a mile from this USPS branch, yet reliable service seems completely out of reach. Mail is constantly missed, pickups are inconsistent, and complaints go nowhere. I’ve reported the issue multiple times—even to our local representative—and nothing has changed. Yesterday I placed an outgoing check in our mailbox at 8 AM. When I arrived this morning, it was still sitting there untouched. This isn’t a one-time mistake; it’s part of a long pattern of neglect and poor service. It’s incredibly frustrating that a federal service we all rely on can operate with so little accountability. If private companies ran this way, they wouldn’t survive a week.

    The bare minimum requirement of being a postal employee is to at least be able to read instructions —Bought a printer online and made it clear where i wanted it to be delivered at (Front Door Porch) not the Garage door and it got rained on.Such a deservice to the people you are supposed to serve Loganville Post Office!
