I went in to pick up part of my emails that did work. The manager invited me back to her desk to help me with my emails. She’s awesome, she had patience and kindness softly spoken and walked me through the steps to get the emails to her. I cannot thank her and her staff enough for the support and help to get my materials.

He refused to accept a box for an Amazon return that was in perfectly good condition because it was in the manufacturer's box. Amazon not only accepts returns in the manufacturer's box if it's in good condition, they in fact DELIVER in manufacturer's boxes based in the customer's preference as a way to help the environment. I showed him this policy and he said it must have another box. Why waste a whole other box when the box it is in is eealed and not damaged?
