  The store is in a convenient location. The staff was polite. The staff service seems to be the ADHD method. They do not focus on one customer at a time but several so it takes longer for everyone. Multitasking is a myth.

  The usual ambiance is pretty good hence why I visit store regularly but today was not a nice experience. One the attitude of attendant was not welcoming and unnecessary. Next, I was charged $2.50 for sending her the email for the document to be printed. Two I was charged $0.40 per page for copies and it wasn’t copies I just needed document printed. I do this all the time there and other ups stores but I am never charged this amount, when I asked why I was being charged so much needless to say I was just told in a nut shell it is what it is.
