My husband and I several times had to run down our mail because the substitute carrier out the mail in the wrong mailbox! Then the carrier had a NERVE to have an attitude for what she did wrong!

If I get notified through Amazon that my package has been delivered and ready for pick up why does usps turn around and list they’ve sent it elsewhere, problem, error, then my package is not in fact ready for pick up and there’s zero explanation where it is currently. Iv next dated my packages only to lose them and request a replacement or refund to re order and get even later. I’ve picked up a box a week after it said it was delivered and told by the ladies they just got it in. Later get notified a package is ready but it was the one I picked up earlier so now I’ve driven to the store or my boyfriend has over 8 times with a sad story and late shipment. The sender uses usps to deliver to usps so usps needs to get it together.
