- NCNicole CainOct 17, 20251.0I’ve had a P.O. Box here for less than two weeks and have had issues with every single package delivered here. If I get notified through Amazon that my package has been delivered and ready for pick up why does usps turn around and list they’ve sent it elsewhere, problem, error, then my package is not in fact ready for pick up and there’s zero explanation where it is currently. Iv next dated my packages only to lose them and request a replacement or refund to re order and get even later. I’ve picked up a box a week after it said it was delivered and told by the ladies they just got it in. Later get notified a package is ready but it was the one I picked up earlier so now I’ve driven to the store or my boyfriend has over 8 times with a sad story and late shipment. The sender uses usps to deliver to usps so usps needs to get it together.

The front desk isn’t the place for attitudes and nasty spirits. It took everything in me to keep my composure as they told yet another lie. I paid for a mailbox THREE months ago and still haven’t received any mail in my box! Every time it’s another lie and excuse met with attitude as if I did something wrong! Get another job if customer service isn’t your strength! Horrible, horrible, horrible!
