  I prefer to go to UPS for my delivery needs and love to us them for Amazon returns. They have very quick service.

  My experience at the UPS in Locust Grove was very professional and warm. All the staff there greet you and explain what is going to happen with your package. They offer products to assist you. They also let you know about ways to ship. The store was clean and staffed adequately for the line that was starting to gather when I came in. There has never been a time when there was confusion in the store. The staff are in unison with what they do.

  The customer service here was impeccable even under the high pressure of a sudden rush of customers. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient despite the store being exceptionally busy. Staff members, MaKenzie and Mrs. Kim, assisted me at my visit to the store today.Their customer service skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and focus on customer satisfaction was excellent. They went above and beyond to ensure my prints were made exactly how I wanted. They are wonderful at what they do and seem genuinely happy doing it! They absolutely made my experience at the UPS store a positive one.
