- BBBrianaMar 24, 20261.0Came in for passport services had 10:15 appointment got here at 9:45 staff was super slow we were redirected to stand in Line which was in the lobby. They take walk-ins so it is pointless to make an appointment if the appointment time will not be honored. Best advice get there early and pack your patients for the elderly or sick there are no chairs so you will stand until you get called. They run this place like a trap house 😑

I file claims and no one has tried to contact me. This is costing me money as a part-time RESELLER of vintage clothing. I am going to aggressively seek help to have their drivers investigated.
