  This is my second visit to this location in the past month that has been lack luster environment. First, you should have better customer service standards. Employees should say hello when you come in the door and at least act like they want to be at work to help you with your needs. This business needs employees to be ready to help because it thrives on customers special needs. I shouldn’t feel like I’m bothering you by asking for information. If you are doing something then simply acknowledge the person so that know they are not forgotten. Secondly, have better signing so a person doesn’t have to stand in one line only to go to another line. They should consider everyone’s time. There is probably so much more I could say but I’ve already wasted enough of my personal time writing this. I don’t see myself returning here again. Lucky I don’t mind driving for better service….
