The workers I have encountered at this p.o .location are very nice nasty and could care less.I have been given several different stories about my mail .It just makes them look so incompetent to do their jobs .If you are familiar with this p.o .location then you know how they operate smh

I was truly upset because they do not answer the phone i called over 15 times just to speak with someone twice i was told that someone would call me which they never did so i got off work early and went to the post office . When I first got there the lady told me the manager wasn’t available she was busy helping the carriers . She did assist me and I want to thank ms Shaneka ( probably have her name wrong I apologize ) for helping me !! I want to also thank Albert for retrieving my package for me and putting it in the right mailbox thank you so much sir ! I truly pray this doesn’t happen again and hope that the USPS in Lithonia does better with service for this community. I wanted to express my experience and hope this review gets to a higher seat in this company. Again thank you sooo much Mr Albert for your help I am truly grateful.
