The absolute worst.I was told by a supervisor that she was going to have the carrier pull my mail and that she was going to hold it and she would call me back to pick it up .i went in the following day to pick it up and the carrier said that he was told to forward the mail instead.(which it was actually returned to sender or discarded). However I never received my mail. The workers I have encountered at this p.o .location are very nice nasty and could care less.I have been given several different stories about my mail .It just makes them look so incompetent to do their jobs .If you are familiar with this p.o .location then you know how they operate smh

Long lines, few staff, and slow service. It seems like no matter what time of day, unless you're first in line when they open, the service should be great. But when it's your turn, they treat you like a valued customer. The staff doesn't rush you, and if you need to step aside to finish something, they'll take you next.

My package was delivered to the wrong mail box I needed this order for a Convention I had this past weekend. Unfortunately I had to purchase another dress . I was truly upset because they do not answer the phone i called over 15 times just to speak with someone twice i was told that someone would call me which they never did so i got off work early and went to the post office . When I first got there the lady told me the manager wasn’t available she was busy helping the carriers . She did assist me and I want to thank ms Shaneka ( probably have her name wrong I apologize ) for helping me !! I want to also thank Albert for retrieving my package for me and putting it in the right mailbox thank you so much sir ! I truly pray this doesn’t happen again and hope that the USPS in Lithonia does better with service for this community. I wanted to express my experience and hope this review gets to a higher seat in this company. Again thank you sooo much Mr Albert for your help I am truly grateful.

I recently ordered 2 rare pieces of vinyl. The first one they left on my wife's car window in the sun in the driveway, leaving it to warp, and just now they bent a record that was labeled in big RED letters FRAGILE and shoved it in my regular sized mailbox. I paid $90 for this, including $30 for shipping and they just treated it like some junk mail.
