  I just want to give Brook a shout out for her outstanding customer service! She was the only one in the print department and she very courteous and professional. She went out of her way to make sure my needs were met. Thanks again Brook, you are the best!

  I always come to this store, the employees are really nice and helpful. However, todays experience was a whole different story. Around 11:40 a.m I came to return a dog bed, large size from amazon. Amazon instructions says that it does not require a box or anything to return it, even when I bring their respective boxes they ask me to take them with me because they don’t need it. That being said, a kind young lady named Kadyha (I apologize if I spelled it wrong) scanned my code when her manager named Elette, with an ugly attitude I must say, told her to not accept my return because I didn’t bring a box. I explained her that they never take returns in boxes, and instructions didn’t mention that either. Elette, (yelling) refuse to accept my return because she can only use bags and boxes that amazon provides them for returns which I understood but doesn’t really makes sense since she wanted me to provide the box?. Elette did not try to help AT ALL, I kept asking why she does not want to take my return? If their boxes were big enough to fit the dog bed in, Elette responded with a big attitude, “If you can fit the bed in the box I’ll accept it, but I’m not doing it” so she wants me to do her job? Really? She didn’t even try so I ended up doing it myself and even another customer helped me tape it because she didn’t want to do that either. Elette even told the other young lady to not help me. The dog bed fitted perfectly fine so I don’t know what her problem was, but if she wasn’t in a good mood she shouldn’t take it out on customers or coworkers just because she is a manager.

  Machines down.. they cant scan in mail drop offs. Wrong tracking number on my receipt.. they dont know why it did that.. I left so now my package is stuck at Atl distribution PO 5 days.. it hurts my business with delayed or lost packages. Amazon return receipt printer goes out lady don't know whats wrong and I cant get proof of return. Too many technical issues that no one knows how to immediately resolve. Very disappointed as a small local business owner.

  Great experience ordering my Ink cartridge for my Epson printer online. I was able to pick it up at a reasonable time and receive professionalism from the customer service department.
