- ZHZhakhiaya HarrisonApr 1, 20261.0I honestly wish I can I give 0 stars they misplaced my 1500$ phone they was not helpful at all Unique Hutchinson is such a liar he lied to me twice about the driver coming there with my package. Whole time my phone was delivered and UNIQUE (lightskin with a fro) gave my phone to a random guy without any type of proof of them being related to me or any source of nature. Let me not forget to mention I did mention to unique the previous day to make sure I'm THE ONLY ONE THATS ABLE TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE! The next day he ended up giving it to a white heavy set man . Oh & the owner JASON KAUFMANN he was really rude he was asking me to give him my personal information including my ( account number) for my cellular company. He also dismissed me with “ I have a store to run that has nothing to do with me please leave “ . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL i believe that they was all in it because how would this person be able to get my phone without my information!

Always friendly, helpful, and makes the experience so positive. The staff are quick and efficient, and while we can’t say the same about everyone, Unique makes this location the best UPS store we’ve ever been to. We always leave happy and feel well taken care of!
