Then had me fill out some form they made up to pretend she was going to request my mail. I went back 3 days later and they still don’t know where my mail is! So basically they lost it and don’t care about where it is! I definitely made a report on this post office because they are suppose to hold my mail not the distribution center! If I could give 0 stars I would!

My mail carrier is, and has always been, very unprofessional, and he could care less about my missing package, and the lady at this location will tell you anything to get you out of her face. That is so unfortunate. There is a protocol that should be followed when a delivery attempt is made, and when the customer does their part, so should the post office... That's your whole job!! And With everything going on these days, seems like you'd value it more.
