    Horrible service! I had shipped many packages and NONE of them were scanned to update tracking. I had done a pick up package shipment and they sent confirmation that they picked it up and I even have the mail women on camera picking it up yet none of them were scanned. They all say awaiting shipment and it’s been a couple of days. I understand that sometimes it gets busy and that they can’t scan all the packages fast but they didn’t even scan one! Horrible service.

    Lady refused to take my box because it had “markings” on it… this is dirt from transit during its original trip, something that would surely happen in transit to its new destination, so what does it matter? And this is only on one side, the rest of the box is clean. The label can be put on a clean side. I promise this is so insignificant but here I am having to go to another post office because they wouldn’t accept my package. Utterly ridiculous. When I arrived, it looked like the lady was in the middle of turning away the only customer in there as well and sent him to the self-service kiosk. Edit: it was the same woman other reviewers have complained about. Middle-aged, black woman with a blonde wig, glasses and lipstick. She needs to be held accountable.

    Use a piece of tape. The lady charge me $4. Good Job,never come back again.
