Then people kept coming in. This girl patiently helped me process three returns. She was very enthusiastic and patient. I want to thank her. - SBS. BellOct 17, 20254.0I went to the UPS store today. The Store was crowded and I waited for the next available associate. The female associate finished with the customer who exited the store. I was next in line! Another customer entered the store and the UPS Associate immediately greeted the person and I was completely ignored. Associate Wendy returned from the back, assessed the situation of me still waiting and immediately acknowledged me as a customer still waiting. Associate Wendy was professional and excellent in customer service. The Ratings went from a zero to a four (4) because of Wendy’s outstanding Performance❗️ There are many UPS stores in the area and I travel out of my zip code to receive excellent customer service. I hope I Don’t receive this type of negative service from this associate in the near future. Wendy = Outstanding❗️ girly girl
