Every time I called the Rep informed me that they will attempt to get the package back but nothing never happened. I spent 30 dollars on that! I get people make mistakes but attempt to fix it at-least

USPS has gotten to be the worst way to receive anything. Prices are higher and services are worse. Elon Musk could be a great help to improve services.

The mail carrier leaves the mailbox door opened, The late afternoon rain soaked my mail. I spoke with the carrier, she continues to leave the door opened. I wrote on the black mailbox in White written, PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR. THANKS. Last, my neighbors mail in my mailbox.My neighbors gets my mail. In this neighborhood we deliver the mail to the correct recipients. The Supervisor, at this office is a Joke.

Rings , automated voice . Transfer to agent then hangs up . How do you track a package if you can't speak with anyone . But shows delivered to the company .
