Every time I called the Rep informed me that they will attempt to get the package back but nothing never happened. I spent 30 dollars on that! I get people make mistakes but attempt to fix it at-least

Thats just not right!!!

Nobody was around my house to deliver anything at that time. I even checked my ring camera to make sure and there was nothing. This is the second time this has happen in the past month and a half.
