I made the mistake of thinking that I could just come in, have my postage paid packages scanned, get a receipt, and leave. What was I thinking? There was the usual line and a single lone clerk trying to serve the line AND handle passport duty. I hate that there are always other staff milling around, sitting in clerk spaces, but not helping anyone. Today was no different. I finally put my packages on the counter and left without a receipt. I hope my stuff gets where its going.

I didn’t receive a call, email or any kind of notification regarding the sudden unavailability. I was told I could reschedule at the kiosk which had passport scheduling blocked off and unavailable. Utterly ridiculous.

My son is in the Air Force in Germany and he pay $200 on Monday for that letter to be here yesterday November 20 I came to this location and the woman or man I don’t know what she was Was very mean and less helpful and very sarcastic she don’t even let me talk I'm looking at all the reviews and complaints about this location on Paterson rd and it seems like nobody cares, like nobody does anything, because many of the comments here coincide with what happened to me this morning. An employee who seems to be male served me very sarcastically, didn't help me at all, and didn't even let me speak. It's a shame that this postal company is in decline because the service is very bad and unreliable
