My son is in the Air Force in Germany and he pay $200 on Monday for that letter to be here yesterday November 20 I came to this location and the woman or man I don’t know what she was Was very mean and less helpful and very sarcastic she don’t even let me talk I'm looking at all the reviews and complaints about this location on Paterson rd and it seems like nobody cares, like nobody does anything, because many of the comments here coincide with what happened to me this morning. An employee who seems to be male served me very sarcastically, didn't help me at all, and didn't even let me speak. It's a shame that this postal company is in decline because the service is very bad and unreliable

Specifically the lady (blond curly hair) who assisted with passport was very sweet, knowledgeable, professional and fast. Overall great experience. Thank you!

- KLKay LOct 3, 20251.0Rude employees who do not appreciate customers at all. Came in today for passport services and the man doing it was slow, rude, and lazy. You made an appointment? With him, expect not to be reached out until at least 40 minutes later. No matter how prepared you are, expect him to throw an attitude regardless. While I was waiting, I would overhear the other staff not be clear or patient towards other customers as well. I will not be returning to this post office, avoid at all cost.
