  Very disappointing experience. The store mishandled an extremely urgent and very important legal document, which caused serious problems in the destination country. After almost a month of waiting, the document was returned to Alpharetta due to errors in their process. What is most concerning is that I was not refunded. No one is taking responsibility for the payment I made directly at that store. I was informed that it is not their responsibility, even though the service was paid there. I tried to resolve the situation by phone, but I did not receive the level of assistance or professionalism expected for such a sensitive shipment. If they could not properly guarantee the service, it would have been better to say so from the beginning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.

  I worked in retail previously and understand how challenging the job can be. Unfortunately, during an Amazon return that clearly stated no shipping box was required, the initial interaction was handled in a dismissive manner. A manager later resolved the issue without any problem, which I appreciated. The experience overall could have been more positive.
