The posted hours for today, November 14, 2025, are 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., yet when I arrived at 8:48 a.m., the store was closed with a handwritten sign stating, “BRB – personal emergency.” This is completely unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint, and I will not be recommending this location to anyone.

I wanted to have a two page credit dispute notarized and was told that it would be $25 because it was a financial document! Mind you is had just did tbe same the day before at another location for two different bureaus and was only charged $15 just for that. I will never go back to this location. I will just drive an extra two miles and get it notarized at my bank for FREE!
