  I always come here when I need to send/ship something out and they are always amazing and nice. I have no clue why there are a lot of negative reviews because personally I’ve never had a bad experience here. Great staff always and Tommy is a great guy as well he’s mainly always the one helping me out.

  $31 for a notarized paper is crazy and just for him to be on there computers while doing it. 😪

  Super weird experience, the girl and man refused to notarize my documents. He said there was no place that to notorize( a designated pre printed area in the document). So I googled in front of him and showed him my phone that he can notarize anywhere on the paper, that it doesn’t need a pre printed area to have notarized . He continues to refused so I asked why he refused, so he said because he can. And that he feels uncomfortable. Super weird experience. Also I checked previous reviews on here, seems like a few people had the same experience. I think those two need a hug or something lol. They just don’t look like they want to be there. BTW, there’s a BETTER UPS STORE 8 minutes from this location that has EXCELLENT customer service: 3370 Surgarloaf Pkwy Ste G-3. I highly recommend going here over this location.

  This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve had at a UPS location. I will not be returning. The posted hours for today, November 14, 2025, are 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., yet when I arrived at 8:48 a.m., the store was closed with a handwritten sign stating, “BRB – personal emergency.” This is completely unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint, and I will not be recommending this location to anyone.
