I am a long-time customer of this UPS store, but my visit on November 8th was highly unpleasant due to the unprofessional behavior of one employee. I was attempting to return my internet equipment to AT&T. The initial interaction was with a female employee. I tried to have her include an extra, small power adapter from AT&T for reuse by AT&T, as it would be wasteful and environmentally unfriendly to simply throw it away, as she suggested. The adapter would not have added any significant weight to the return. During this friendly discussion, a male employee intervened and became immediately impatient and dismissive. His attitude was completely unhelpful. I stressed to him the importance of accepting the adapter for AT&T to reuse, explaining that throwing away a perfectly good piece of equipment is not environmentally responsible. However, he wouldn't budge and made me feel dismissed. --- My response to the owner's response below: Sadly, the more I read the responses to their customers from this owner, the worse I feel. Yeah, it is always a customer's fault and the owner/employee followed every rule and the customers broke rules all the time. Give me a break! Come on. In my case, first show some PATIENCE please. Your store wasn't busy at that time. You had no customer immediately after me. Most importantly, show some flexibility: even a soldier doesn't always have to follow the orders exactly if he knows they are not completely reasonable/right. To defend yourself otherwise is to your folly. You explained, yes. What about my explanation? You made me feel unwelcome. You didn't want to listen. You dismissed me as unreasonable. You just wanted me to immediately walk out of the door and that was it. For the reader, I am an engineer by trade and I read AT&T rules/guides before I went. I knew what to return or not. The extra (very small and light) power adapter was one FROM AT&T; it was for the wall unit that converts fiber internet light signal to electronic signal. AT&T didn't know they sent me TWO. I am sure they want it back IF they know they sent me TWO of the SAME. AT&T's general rules cannot possibly cover this case. I kept one of them; AT&T wants me to keep one in case I sign up service with them again. I once walked out of a UPS store at Lilburn and never returned. Your store is now on the list of UPS stores I will never return unless there is a change of ownership. Being a small business owner is hard, but you still need to put customers ahead of yourself. I do freelance work myself and I always put my customers first. Otherwise, you shouldn't be in the trade.

When we entered the store this afternoon with over 20 packages that needed to go to individual addresses the team never swayed from not just being courteous but also personable during the entire transaction. This location will continue to be our first choice.

Not the ups fault but the black women with braids and pink hair at the end was very disrespectful and her attitude as well, I asked her for some tape for my return and looks at me and ignored me and once I give her my package I asked her about my box if it needs tape and says no bye, very unprofessional and not welcoming

Went at 1pm for notary on lunch break. Said they can't complete until 2pm per their schedule. Understood. They are charging $20 to complete. Worked out for me. Chase did it for free and you don't have to be a customer. Head to Chase.
