I had many problems going on among them a humongous amount of data, inability to update apps and an outdated operating system. Henry made many adjustments and best of all took the time to explain every one of them. He was very concerned as to whether or not I understood the changes he made and the reasons for them. I can clearly state that the time he spent with me along with the patience exhibited throughout merits this customer service experience as the best I have ever had bar none. I highly recommend the services of HL Computer for any computer related work you may require.
