    i came in after getting off work to get something notarized and wasn’t aware they had a cut off. i got there 1 minute before the first lady i spoke to was nice, but the big lady in the back was rude and had an attitude because they “CLOSE IN 30 MINUTES”. a notary doesn’t take that long.

    UPS just gets worse and worse on service. This franchise doesn't honor UPS account numbers and also the main UPS website doesn't work when applying for one, just results in errors. Everytime I come people don't know what they're doing. This time they asked what kind of document I was shipping and how many. When I said a check they asked the $ amount. I didn't give it. That's ridiculous.

    I had the most delightful experience at the Lagrange UPS Store this week - an employee with long hair and a go-get-em attitude helped me send my Amazon label to their printer, she helped by even putting the label on and wrapping the small box in hearty packing tape…she admired my cat sweatshirt and she just MADE MY DAY!!!! That’s a rarity these days and I truly appreciated her sooo much!!!!! Having a top-quality employee that exudes happiness, professionalism and intelligence is what every patron loves —and every owner benefits majorly with happy, repeat customers!! Maybe she IS the owner - if not, she could write her ticket anywhere with that level of customer service!!! Thank you!!
