    They refuse to deliver my packages because they say the dirt road is inaccessible.. the same dirt road that Walmart, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and everyone else come down daily.. the same road I ride my motorcycle down.. After I made a complaint about not getting my packages repeatedly, they told me they were thinking about stopping package delivery to my entire road... I have never had a bad experience with USPS till this past year, but its a constant struggle now. It's 3/3 now and I am still waiting on a package from 2/22 that they said they would redeliver...

    Showed up before the cut off time of a walk in passport. This was our second time in and the guy recognized us. He said “no you need an appointment” we said “its your walk in time” he said “you need an appointment” we said “it’s before 10am” he proceeded to tap his phone to look at the time then said “yeah but I’m working on one right now so he need an appointment.” We literally have a newborn baby and this is our second timing coming. Dealing with that guy made my blood boil.

    Usps deliver driver suddenly decided my girlfriend didn't live with me and has not been delivering her mail in December after delivering her mail for the past 7 months. I still get other random people's mail so that's a really asinine excuse to not deliver christmas cards and gifts. Again postal driver made this decision not the post master. When I reported the actions to someone else higher up they were really taken back by said actions. I absolutely can not trust this branch of usps. I've had nothing but issues from them for the past 2 years.

    Came here on time at 8.30 am, they are not open yet and we are still here waiting in the line at 8.40 am. We all have job but some people obviously not doing their job properly. Bad public service
