They sent a package back because the zip code was wrong even though the knew where it was supposed to be to go and could have easily changed the zip and brought my package to me. That’s Government employees for you don’t go the extra mile for nothing. Lady on the phone was very rude and yelled at me.

Keisha was phenomenal in her approach, she was pleasant, approachable, helpful and very customer oriented. She called the Acworth Branch for me something no other clerk has ever done. She even got intouch with her supervisor who was also very helpful over the phone. Special Thank you Keisha it was a pleasure dealing with you. You are awesome a true gem. You are indeed the best clerk I have ever dealt with at the Post office. She went above and beyond to help me to retrieve my package, even took my number to follow up. - CPColette PoliteNov 27, 20161.0Since mail carriers change a lot. I find my current mail carrier delivering my mail to the house next door that is vacant. Do they not read the address of the mail? I guess not. This is an issue and someone needs to train the mail carriers to READ. I am fed up with the stupidity and expect my mail to be delivered in my mailbox as the mail states the address. What is so hard about this?
