They sent a package back because the zip code was wrong even though the knew where it was supposed to be to go and could have easily changed the zip and brought my package to me. That’s Government employees for you don’t go the extra mile for nothing. Lady on the phone was very rude and yelled at me.

Keisha is extremely rude, unfriendly and talked down to me like I was stupid when I came to the post office to try to pick up a package that I had available for pick up. I also work in customer service, and understand everyone has bad days, and that its inconvenient for me to come inside and distract her from whatever work she’s doing, but I was shocked by her disrespect. We’re all just trying to get on with our days. Might as well make an effort to try to be pleasant .

The post master is never available and the only one that can give keys and handle issues. Mail is CONSISTENTLY delivered to wrong homes and mailboxes and I’ve only lived here for two months. Smh.
