- MMM MFeb 24, 20261.0This USPS locations staff is always so rude to people. I came in because of an Amazon package that got destroyed and all that got left inside my mailbox was a clear cellophane like envelope with a torn off piece of paper that said "your package has been destroyed " in handwriting, no instructions nothing at all. So I emailed the Amazon seller and he asked me to have them print the slip and ship it to him and he'd give me a refund. I asked if they could do that at USPS and the guy said "we don't print here, you need to print it and bring it back". The way he talked to me was like he was above everyone like I didn't know what I was talking about and it seems like he knew exactly what package I was talking about.... I'm not sure how 4 bags of Morton water softner pellets happened to get destroyed as the bags are extremely hard to tear, but anyways, I hope this post office gets this kid some customer service training on how to properly talk to people....

I go in today to see how to resolve this, only to be talked at like is was a child. Then the clerk admits that the fault was on their end. I asked that they simply do their job, so to fix the issue on their end. The clerk took issue with my asking for them to do the job that they are paid to do... I have missed several VA appointments, as well as my meds not being delivered.
