  Every time I go into the UPS Store in Kingsland, GA, I have the pleasure of being greeted by, waited on, and helped by the most kind, thoughtful, hard working, caring, group of people! They are always willing to assist immediately and take care of whatever your needs are. They always go above and beyond and anticipate your needs. I always leave there with a feeling of joy in my heart because of the staff. They are the epitomé of what customer service means! They are an example that every retailer should follow!

  Normally everything goes smoothly but this time they wanted me to pay $20 for a box on a amazon return. I called amazon and they confirmed that ups should be providing a box for the return without charging me. It seems like the proverbial left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

  Went to drop mail a box. Two ladies and both was helping a lady scan in a lot of small boxes. I got told to wait then when the next customer comes in she stops what she's doing and comes and helps. Then I have to wait again for some out check her measurement. By then the guy behind me is being helped. I'm still waiting. Why this take twice as long as it should have.
