    Staff acted as if helping me was an inconvenience to them. The energy was off and at the end while paying, the employee walked off with my notarized document as if I was going to take it without payment. Deeper than that upon paying, she slid both the paper and ID on the table rather than handing it to me. It just felt unwelcoming, micro aggressive, and like poor customer service. My only regret is not walking out sooner and giving them my business. Never again.

    Jeff was amazing, and I am very grateful. I came in needing to have post cards done last minute. I know nothing about the process. Despite them being busy as they always are, they took the time to show me what my options are. By morning he had a design ready for me, he even took the time to add a QR code. By noon my order was ready. I was blown away by the level of help I received and the speed. UPS and Jeff really saved me on this one. I won’t forget.
