  I will never return to this location, I've been there many times and witnessed the owner talk down to her employees like they are beneath her, she has an extremely condescending and passive aggressive attitude, all fake smiles and laughs and little insults. That's probably the reason I've seen so many different employees, I would not work with her if you paid me $100 an hour. I went in today after visiting the other day to send something to a friend back home and mentioned that I had some internet equipment to send back, she said no problem just bring it in, when I showed her the email she said I can't use that code, prints a receipt out without my name or any information I can discern all while talking to another customer and micromanaging the poor young kid working there now. And proceeded to say "Good bye, Thank you". I asked if I was good to go, she said "You have 2 receipts Goodbye!" With an attitude, so now I have no idea if my equipment is going to sent to the right location.

  I use this store all the time, and have for years. The owner is efficient and helpful, and most important: honest. I've watched people come in and try to get her to "bend the rules" and then get really upset and threaten her when she won't. When you use this store, just listen to her and do what she says. It will pay off in the end. And you won't have to worry about your package being lost, or damaged. If you trust her, you'll get the absolute best shipping experience.

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The female owner was extremely rude to My husband and I, yelling loudly, and speaking to us in a completely unprofessional manner. What made it even more disturbing was overhearing a racial slur under her breath, followed by a refusal of service based on the color of our skin. No one should ever be treated this way. I will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau and escalating it to UPS corporate. This behavior is unacceptable from any business, especially an owner. I strongly recommend that others avoid this location.

  The customer service from the agent was rude. This is the first experience at any of the UPS stores that was unpleasant. I’ve handled many things with other stores and I didn’t appreciate her condescending tone nor her comments under her breath. She stated that “I did not need to tell her how to do her job.” I explained I wasn’t but I wanted to mae sure I understood what she said and what she was doing with my return packages. She stated “the truck was outside and she was trying to hurry.” I stated it didn’t matter if she wasn’t clearly explaining what she was doing.

  I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who has had this experience. I work for a company that used this UPS location frequently, but we’ve decided to stop after too many unpleasant interactions with who appears to be the owner. She was consistently rude and unprofessional, which made each visit uncomfortable. There was a clear lack of basic customer service—no effort to be welcoming, helpful, or respectful. What stood out even more was the noticeable difference in how certain customers were treated compared to others. On multiple occasions, I observed what felt like different treatment toward people of color compared to non-POC. After several visits over the past few months, this pattern became hard to ignore. Overall, the environment felt unwelcoming and unfair. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and works toward treating ALL customers with the same level of respect.
